Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than [10–15] minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to staff or other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least [24–48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than [24] hours’ notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

All prices are listed in AU$ and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, eftpos, and credit card payments.
Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know within [48 hours] and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Products may only be returned if unopened and unused, within [7–14] days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sanitized tools for all services.

For certain treatments (e.g., body sculpting), a consultation may be required to determine suitability.
Age Restrictions

Clients must be at least [16 or 18] years old to receive certain services. Parental consent may be required for minors.
Photos & Social Media

With your permission, we may take photos of your finished look for our social media or portfolio.

You can opt out at any time by letting your technician or stylist know.
