Terms & Conditions

Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than [10–15] minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to staff or other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least [24–48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than [24] hours’ notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • All prices are listed in AU$ and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, eftpos, and credit card payments.

Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know within [48 hours] and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Products may only be returned if unopened and unused, within [7–14] days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

  • We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sanitized tools for all services.

  • For certain treatments (e.g., body sculpting), a consultation may be required to determine suitability.

Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be at least [16 or 18] years old to receive certain services. Parental consent may be required for minors.

Photos & Social Media

  • With your permission, we may take photos of your finished look for our social media or portfolio.

  • You can opt out at any time by letting your technician or stylist know.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
